Open Homeowners Meeting
This open meeting is to review our current HOA Insurance Policy and
to get an update on the current status of the insurance industry with agent
Ben Buenzow (Auto Owners). It is scheduled for Monday, September 21 st ,
2026 @ 6:00pm. It will be held at the Pleasant Hill Public Library on 5151
Maple Drive, in the meeting room. (Please beware of the road closure)
Homeowners Meeting
This open meeting will be the update of the Reserve Study conducted
back in June of 2026. The purpose of the Reserve Study is to look at
recommendations for a long-term capital plan for our property, its infrastructure,
and assets. What this means, we want to ensure we have an accurate budget
for dealing with future projects. This will assist us in minimizing the probability of
special assessments and loans. We will meet Thursday, October 15, 2026 at
the Pleasant Hill Public Library, @ 6:00 pm. at 5151 Maple Dr.
Use this address in your calendar app as a subscribed calendar (iCalendar / .ics feed). Most apps call it “Subscribe” or “From URL”—paste the same link Google or Apple asks for.
Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar in a browser.
- Next to Other calendars, open the plus (+) menu and choose From URL.
- Paste the link above and add the calendar. Updates sync automatically on a schedule.
Apple Calendar
- Mac: In Calendar, choose File → New Calendar Subscription…, paste the link, then click Subscribe.
- iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.
Note: Calendar subscriptions are typically read-only and may take some time to refresh depending on the calendar app (Usually every 8-12 hours).
